Returns and Exchanges

If you are not content with your purchase please reach out to solemar.debarb@gmail.com for questions or concerns about your garment within 10 days of your purchase. We are happy to work with you to come to a solution.  

If your purchase does not fit, is the wrong size, or have a change of mind on your purchase, please reach out and we can issue an exchange or explore other options. We cannot promise refunds or exchanges as all pieces are made to order or one of ones. 

Garments must be exchanged/returned in original condition with tags. 

 

Workshop Refund Policy

• We are happy to offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled workshop.

• Partial refund (50%) for cancellations made between 24–72 hours before the workshop.

• No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop.

Because workshops require advance preparation and limited spots, we are unable to offer refunds for last-minute cancellations. Thank you for understanding and supporting a small business
